Got those little suckers eaten tonite - some of them anyway. I have 2 more meals in the freezer for future dinners. Just coated them in flour, dipped them in an egg wash then re-dipped in flour and cooked in peanut oil outside. Served with the infamous Uncle Ben's Long Grain and Wild Rice - what else do you serve with fish other than french fries?We had one or two left over so the ravens enjoyed them as well.
