I got a call this morning from my friend Louise. I have not spoken with her in a while and it was nice to catch up. I should really keep in touch better with my friends and family. I am guilty of not doing this but I will make a good effort to correct it. Up here you just focus on the two of us because that is what it is for a large part of the time. It was nice talking to her.
