BOBLES, WAS THAT YOU?

I might be mistaken but I am pretty sure that is Bobles handwriting - or should I say paw-writing.  I should have gotten a little closer but it says "Beware of Buffy - she bites"  The sign is chained to her neck so it won't blow away or something.

Could this be the start of Boble's Revenge?
