THE BUFFET TABLE


We had ham, chicken mole, scallop potatoes, glazed carrots, corn and rice. We also had taco salads and guacomole salad (all chosen by the bride). I wasn't sure about the chicken mole but Vickie assured me it was good and, it was!! It is a Mexican dish that she prepares for her family. And she made the taco and guacomole salad. It went very fast!!
